Born and raised in Capaci, Sicily, outside the capital city of Palermo, Giuseppe ("Joe") learned true Sicilian cuisine from the best. The fresh flavors and aromas that surrounded him at the marketplace (Ballaro), his Nonnas' kitchens, the family gatherings at Zi'Antonia's, the outdoor pizza ovens at Zio Tony's, and of course his Mamma's special recipes shaped the way he learned to prepare food created with love for those that he loves.
